When can I expect my order to be shipped out?

All resin and silicone products are made to order and require up to 3 weeks processing time. All other products are ready to ship and will go out within 5 business days.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Document the damage of the product and the packaging and contact me. If it is a multiple-produced item (such as a print or pin), I will send you a replacement free of charge. If it is a one of a kind item, such as an original painting, mask, or fursuit, I will work with the post office to retrieve the insurance on the package and give you a partial or full refund. Working with the post office can take time so please have patience if this happens.

My package never arrived.

If the item was returned to sender and I receive it back, I will check the address I sent it to. If you gave me a wrong address, I will be happy to send you the item for the cost of postage. If it was a mistake in the address due to my error, I will re-send it free of charge.

If the item is not returned to sender, please contact the post office with your tracking number for more information. Often times things get a little lost and just arrive later than expected.

Do you accept returns?
​
I do not accept returns on any items, but if something arrives and there is a problem with fit or damage, please feel free to contact me.
